Jose Salangsang

My Story

Jose Salangsang, a proud Filipino, was born and raised in the wealthiest town in the Philippines. Jose’s traditional and very conservative family may have been financially challenged, but his parents gave him an awesome childhood. He was taught to value integrity, respect others, and be responsible.

Jose is an athlete, and competed for his school during his younger years. Cooking is Jose’s passion, and he dreamed of becoming a chef growing up. He enjoys preparing dishes for his family, and their positive feedback is his greatest reward.

My Focus

Jose was part of the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry for nine years. He has eight years of experience as a customer service representative, enrollment specialist, and team leader for a U.S. health insurance company. He also worked for the largest telecommunications company in Australia in a technical support role. Jose is equipped with knowledge of the health insurance and IT industries, which he now employs in his current position. He loves learning new things in order to maximize his full potential.
