My Story

George’s expertise includes advising corporations, pass-through entities, family groups and foreign nationals about entity formation, tax-deferred transfers and exchanges and tax planning for income earned in the U.S. He has advised large and start-up companies about establishing employee benefits packages to attract and retain key personnel in compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code. He has handled estate and business succession planning for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals.

My Focus

Prior to his affiliation with USA, George worked in France and Switzerland, focusing his practice on international commercial and investment arbitration as governed by the UN Conventions of NY (1958) and Washington (1963). He has extensive experience in financial services litigation representing both private plaintiffs and the US Government involving major French and Wall Street banks, as well as securities credit reporting agencies. George has also worked as a legislative assistant to the U.S. Congress and as a Tax Controversy Fellow to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. George serve as a Thought Leader to the company, Tax and Retirement and Legal advisor to USA
