Darren A. Plummer, Sr (“D Plum”)

My Story

Darren was born in Washington, DC, but spent most of his growing up years in Takoma Park, MD. He has also lived in the great states of Georgia (Atlanta) and Virginia (Woodbridge), and has visited much of the Continental U.S., but his most favorite place by far is… Maryland! Darren loves people! He values relationships and thoroughly enjoys just “chopping it up” with friends and co-workers about a wide range of topics: sports, religion, current events, entertainment… he tells incredible stories and loves laughing and making others do the same. Darren is married to his best friend, Hope, and has three adult sons – Darren, Jr; Shawn David; and Seth Jonathan. He is passionate about his family, and thoroughly enjoys the time he gets to spend with him. He also is an accomplished musician, having started playing the piano at age 3. Piano is his primary instrument, but he also plays the marimba and sings, as well.

My Focus

Darren’s niche is Leadership & Personal Development. He is passionate about helping people find their passion and fulfill their God-given purpose. He has been pouring into existing and emerging leaders for over 20 years, and finds great joy in team building and developing a healthy work culture.
