My Story

I am Chaitanya Jaya “Chai” P. Dy, and I come from the beautiful island of Bohol in the Philippines, known for its iconic Chocolate Hills, pristine beaches, and friendly people. I have a B.A. in Communications and Juris Doctorate units, but my life took a different turn in 2020 when I had two major abdominal surgeries that left me and my family in debt. During this challenging time, I realized how important it is to have life and health insurance. I also experienced the difficulty of finding a job that made me feel at home. That was when I realized the value of a good recruiter.

My greatest life lesson has been to always be sincere in everything I do, because I never know when my time will come. This lesson has guided me in my career as a recruiter. I strive to help others find jobs they love and where they feel
valued.

I am passionate about helping people and making a difference in their lives. I am also a strong believer in the
power of storytelling, which is why I am excited to share my story on this website. I hope that my experiences can inspire others to never give up on their dreams and always be true to themselves.

My Focus

Finding talent can be quite a challenge, but keeping talent is a marker of success. When a business keeps its talent over the long term, this boosts the company's morale and provides thorough development for candidates as they grow into their careers. In my almost three years of experience as a recruiter, being detail-oriented has helped me manage and provide quality services to candidates and hired talent alike.

Influences

My attention to detail, deep understanding of myself and others, and patience were greatly influenced by my dad; my preparedness, time management, and desire to be sincere in everything I do were influenced by my mom. However, my greatest influence by far comes from my husband. We are both happiest in the present moment, goal-oriented, and extremely family oriented.
